Purpose of the study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the investigational study medication in adults (18-75 years old) and adolescents (12-17 years old) with moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis, also known as Eczema. The study medication is a tablet and will be taken by mouth.

Who may participate in this study?

You (or your child) may qualify for this research study, if the following applies to you (or your child):

  • You are between 18-75 years old (or your child is between 12-17 years old) 
  • You (or your child) has moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis
  • You/your child are/is experiencing active Atopic Dermatitis symptoms, such as: itchiness, irritated dry skin, redness, etc.

There are other eligibility requirements. A final decision on whether this research study might be suitable for you/your child will be made after you speak with the study doctor at the research site. The study doctor will explain the benefits and risks of participation in this research study.

Reimbursement

You may receive reimbursement for your time and travel expenses related to study participation.
